About Our Hobby
I started collecting pinball machines about 20 years ago, I found
many different models from vendors that produced pinballs all over
the world. I decided that i would limit my collection to a vendor that i
have always admired for their advanced technology. I choose the
Atari pinball machines.
I soon discovered that many of the pinball vendors had gone out of
business. This was a sad day to know that many vendors would
stop producing games of any type. Since so many vendors went out
of business i found that many parts vendors stopped storing new
parts; not to mention halting any servicing of circuit boards.
I always had a soft spot for ATARI Arcade and pinball machines. i
started searching for working Atari pinballs, but that was a big
problem. I did in time collect a complete set of Atari pinballs made.
I collected all the models produced except the Hercules Giant
Pinball. The only models i did not collect were the proto models
made.
Once i collected all the models, I discovered that i could not find
anyone that wanted or cared to work on a Atari Pinball machine. I
decided that if i wanted to make the pinballs function i would have
to repair them myself. I bought as many parts as i could and then
debugged the circuits and proceeded to repair the boards myself. I
can repair almost any Atari pinball board made.
I hope that my web page will help you and provide a service
allowing you to achieve the joy of playing your Atari pinball. I will try
to list articles, and upcoming events about the pinball industry,
